Yes you can but it would be good if your friend create their own id as it would be easier to communicate and they would be able to get all updates regarding their bookings hasslefree.

All bookings made on PG4ME platform we work towards completing the entire transaction along with confirmations within 24 working hours. 

In an event when there is no availability in the property / category selected we will update with alternative option which is similar to the one opted by you.

The check in timing is between 8AM to 10 PM, any check in that is to happen post 10 PM and before 8 AM needs to be confirmed in advance with the property owner/ warden.

If check in is denied during the non check in hours PG4ME will not be responsible for the same.

PG4ME is a platform to connect the property owners and accommodation seekers. All rental contracts terms & conditions are defined and agreed between the property owners & the tenant ( accommodation seekers).

If the cancellation is done before checking into the property, the initial booking amount will be refunded by PG4ME into the account from which the payment was made subject to nominal cancellation charges.

For cancellation/ Modification, you can log into your account and request for cancellation or call us from your registered mobile no/ email us from your registered email id. On recieving the request you will be updated with the cancellation/ modification charges if any. Based on your confirmation the cancellation/ modification will be done.

Incase of cancellation the amount will be refunded to your account from which the payment was made.

Once we recieve a request against a property selected by you, we will request for a nominal booking amount which needs to be paid online. On recieving the same you will get a confirmation from us confirming your booking along with the date of check in, etc.
